Jacqueline Addison

Remedial Massage Therapist

Jacquie completed a Diploma of Remedial Massage in 2018 and is now completing a Bachelor of Human Movement at the University of South Australia. Jacquie has worked as a sports trainer where she implemented her massaging skills with the Sturt Women’s SANFLW team. Jacquie has been involved with sports from a young age and understands movement patterns and injuries that may arise in swimming and tennis. 

Jacquie specializes in sports massage, deep tissue massage, and trigger points to assist athletes and gymgoers experiencing tight muscles. Jacquie has a knack for locating tender points and releasing muscle tension, resulting in an increased range of motion, functionality, and reduced localised pain. Jacquie can assist with posture correction for those who spend most of their day sitting behind the wheel or their workstation. 

Outside of work, Jacquie can be found planning tennis on the weekends and swimming at the UniSA Swimming Club which she has now taken on the role of Vice-President in 2022.
